Returns are accepted only if:
You received a damaged, leaking, or wrong product
The item is unused, sealed, and in original condition
A request is submitted within 3 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for:

Opened seals
Change of mind
Allergic reactions (ingredients are provided for reference)

Order ID
Product pictures
Issue description
Our team will review and approve the return if eligible.
Courier pickup or drop-off instructions will be shared.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed when:
The returned item is received and inspected
The issue is verified (wrong/damaged item)
Refund Mode:
Original payment method (5–7 working days)
Or store credit (optional)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Replacement
If available, we may offer free replacement instead of refund.
